Many parents struggle in silence, worried about the stigma attached to seeking family support. Others cling desperately to waiting lists, counting down the months only to find a few weeks of intervention for their child did not result in the outcomes they so desperately desired.

Your coach will allow you to feel seen, and safe so you can develop a more secure relationship with yourself. You then, can create the harmony in the home you deserve. 

 

Many of us were not raised with an emotionally attuned approach and so our instinctive, primal parenting behaviours can be clouded by our own experiences and societal expectations. Making sense of our own experiences can help us to create a clear vision and make meaningful connections possible. A child's developing skillset is directly impacted by the relationship they have with their primary caregivers. Research tells us that children raised with a secure attachment will have better outcomes in many areas. You have the power to improve your child's long term outcomes. It is never too late for change!

Many parents grapple with behaviours that challenge them. They can feel as if they are stuck in a repeated cycle of frustration and fear, believing that this pain is 'normal' and they just need to get on with it, or their child is to blame. Having little or no knowledge of how to parent from a place of mutual respect and connection, is not blissful. 

Gaining knowledge of attachment science enables parents to see beneath the behaviours and shift towards a more successful parent/child dynamic in line with their values.

It's ok if you don't know the science yet; this is brand new to the parenting world! But the information is out there and knowledge is power.

If you have read all of the parenting books, done the courses, listened to the podcasts and STILL find parenting stressful, you are not alone! Your brain can decide on a new approach but the body is hardwired in the past, so until you have processed the information/ beliefs and feelings on a cellular level, deciding not to yell again, most likely won't work.
